Do you ship outside of Hong Kong?

No, we do not ship outside of Hong Kong.

When will I receive my order?

You may schedule a delivery date for up to 10 days on the day of purchase, the earliest you can book for a delivery is next day. We offer three time slots for delivery, and your order will be delivered in the selected time slot.

How do I know my order will arrive fresh?

Our fruits undergo a series of strict quality control before being shipped in a temperature controlled vehicle. We are confident our fruits will meet your expectations that we are happy to exchange your orders if you are not completely satisfied with our fruits.

Can I request a custom order for a special event or as gifts? If so, can I get custom packaging?

Yes, custom orders are available with custom packaging. Please call us or use the form on our contact us page for more information.

How long can the fruits be stored?

We recommend that you follow our suggested consume date on the “how to store” note, but some fruits can be stored for one week in the refrigerator or even longer with refrigerator wrap in airtight container or sealed bag.

Why are some fruits not available?

We only offer fruits that are fresh and in season, therefore many of our products cannot be offered year-round. Please refer to our fruit calendar for more details.

Can I change the items in the Gift Box?

No, our Insider Box are pre-designed and hand-picked with the best fruits of the season and cannot be changed. However, we do accept custom orders with minimum purchase quantities. Please contact us for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Customers may change or cancel any order 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick up. Please contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be modified or cancelled.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master, Alipay, Paypal and cash. You can pay cash only if your order is under 1500HKD.
